about me.

initially drawn to yoga for its physical benefits, over time, i began to notice a more profound shift—not just in my body, but in my mindset and approach to life. yoga’s philosophical teachings introduced me to a practice of mindfulness, compassion, and emotional balance that has deeply influenced how i engage with the world.

i decided to take a step further and completed my 200-hour teacher training with high yoga school. during this process, i discovered a deep commitment to teaching and sharing yoga’s transformative potential with others. yoga has become a profound part of my life, and my teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that it should be accessible to all, whether you're new or have an established practice.

now trained in vinyasa, rocket, and yin, i teach with a balanced blend of energy and calm. my approach is centered on meeting students where they are, guiding them to honor their unique physical, emotional, and energetic states for a meaningful practice. i have a strong connection to music, which i incorporate into each class to enhance the experience and deepen the flow. my teaching extends beyond asana, with the intention for students to leave each class feeling more grounded, centered, and connected.

i offer private 1:1 sessions, small group classes, and corporate yoga. if you have any questions or would like to connect, please feel free to reach out.
